President and Founder of Paris Baby Arbitration, French association of arbitration students and young practitioners. Editor-in-chief of Biberon, Monthly Arbitration Newsletter in French and English (http://babyarbitration.com/publications/).

She holds an LLM in Arbitration and International Business Law from the University of Versailles, an LLM in European Law from Panthéon-Assas University and a Bachelor degree in Law from Russian Foreign Trade Academy (VAVT).

Ms Grivnova spent two years in magic circle firms in Russia and France being involved in work on international arbitration cases conducted under the auspices of ICC, PCA, SCC, LCIA and ICSID. She also has experience working with the Secretariat of ICC International Court of Arbitration and giving classes on Russian law at the University of Versailles.

Ms Grivnova participated in various international arbitration moots and has coached a Versailles University Vis moot team since 2018.
